Episode 4 features Kim Poole with Aurora Wildlife Research, discussing the use of diversionary salt licks in managing human-wildlife interactions. 

Kim is an independent biologist with over 40 years of experience in public and private sectors throughout western and northern Canada. In addition to nearly 4 decades of leading research and management studies on a variety of species, Kim has led and designed baseline studies for industry and reviewed for Indigenous organizations numerous environmental impact assessments in Nunavut, NWT and British Columbia.  He is based in Nelson, BC.
